So I found this basket at a thrift store for a couple of dollars and thought it would be great for spools of ribbon. I had my husband drill holes in the sides and ran small dowels to hold the spools of ribbon. Then used wood knobs on the ends so I can easly pull it off and change out empty spools. I still plan to paint and decorate it a little more but I was just happy to get my ribbon organized!
Then for my random ribbon that I get in kits or just have smaller lengths I used these wonderful things from
ribbonring.com! They are perfect for my ribbon. I can have then right infront of me which helps me use them more since I don't have to dig around to see what ribbons I have. It makes it so much more accessible to me while I'm in the groove of scrapping. I crammed as much as I could on these for now but I plan on buying many more. Check them out at
ribbonring.com t is reasonably priced and so worth it!
Thanks for stopping in! Happy Scrapping!
